By using Impromptu, you agree to use the app responsibly and only with trusted people.

Purpose

Impromptu helps users share lightweight availability and coordinate real-life plans with approved friends.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Post objectionable, abusive, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or harassing content.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Share misleading availability or location information.
• Attempt to access accounts or information that are not yours.
• Use the app for unlawful activity.

Impromptu has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Users can report objectionable status/profile content and block abusive users in the app. Blocking removes the blocked person from the user's views immediately. We review safety reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours, including removing content or accounts when appropriate.

Privacy and Location

Users control whether they share availability, audience, and location level. Do not misuse another user's availability or location information.

Alpha and Beta Testing

During private alpha or beta testing, features may change, break, or be removed.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the app from Profile > Account > Delete account. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, availability, invites, contacts, notification preferences, and push tokens.

No Warranty

The app is provided as-is during prototype and alpha testing.
